Researched, designed and helped implement user-interface for data management portal to be used by IT Business Analysts monitoring device and server alerts and activity. Analysts would have dashboard daily activity and alerts as well as deeper insight into configurations and device details should there be an emergency.

Research included user interviews, personas, and user flows. Created low-level wireframes and mapped our site architecture. Pattern libraries were created and used to develop portal and its partner application.
As a proposal for Ubers new analytics tool, this interactive dashboard displayed high-level and granular data of ride pick up and drop offs based on venue locations.

This was a short-term proposal for Uber. My process began with reviewing required data and grouping relatable data. Then moved on to hand-sketches, then design research before moving onto high-fidelity mockups.
Researched, designed and helped prototype updated sales agent portal. Portal included new sales inputs system for agents to use for respective brands as well as internal tools such as message boards, news and company updates. CLEARLINK mobile app linked with dashboard interface for agents to use on mobile devices.

This project was completed during a 48-hour Hackathon to improve sales portals. Research began by shadowing sales agents and learning about their problems with the past sales inputs, and learning about their day-to-day work and frustrations, as well as seek improvements to work or personal needs. Developed high-fidelity sales flow as well prototyped with developers updated dashboard and features.
Researched, designed and helped implement new internal management tool to help create, monitor and adjust customer accounts and data encryption licenses. As the sole designer, I got to see this product from concept to implementation.
PROCESS
This project was completed over a few months time-frame. Started with interviewing internal employees and observing the current license management process. Created storyboard, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups before moving into HTML, CSS and Jquery front-end development. Then handed over to engineer team to hook into back-end system and assisted with implementation.
Design for a new site Localinternetservice.com. Site goal is to funnel users though a zip qualification to find their local internet providers.
Responsive redesign for AT&T affiliate site. Goal was to make direct response site that can be viewed on mobile devices and increase call through rates.
Responsive design for new CenturyLink affiliate site. Goal was to create a site that linked from CenturyLink.com, pushed calls and introduced a "Build your Own Bundle" interface.
UX test for USDish.com: Users came from PPC campaigns and were given simple questions to get them deeper into the funnel to ultimately make a sale. We A/B tested the Steps 1 and 2 with 2 variations as well as researched user data to find what questions would be successful steps.
Responsive redesign for Frontier affiliate site. Goal was to push phone calls and allow site to be viewed on mobile devices.
Camsnipe is a social game app that allows you to compete with friends by snapping photos. Created brand identity and user interface for app. Target age was teen to young adult. App is still in development.
Created print collateral for annual corporate winter party Fire & Ice. Final deliverables included posters, save the dates, invitations, party decor and thaumatrope.
